I stayed at the hotel with my 5-year-old daughter. I really liked the hotel. The furniture in the room was beautiful and new. There was always electricity, hot water, and Wi-Fi—not just when you needed it, but when you needed it. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and ready to help immediately, not after two reminders. The sheets and towels were white, not washed-out! The dark curtains on the windows were great for blocking the sun! I loved everything! Kudos to the management! 🤩

I really liked the hotel. It was my first time staying with my family. We've been to Yeysk before, but stayed at other hotels. I'll say this: VIP Plaza is much better than all the others we've stayed at. The room was very clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very polite. As soon as we arrived, they gave us a tour of the hotel and the adjacent Fishka Cafe. Incidentally, the cafe deserves special mention. There's a children's and adult pool on site, though it's not heated. The hotel manager said it will be heated for the 2021 season, which is great because we plan to visit again. The hotel is new, and all the furniture is accordingly. There are two swimming pools on the premises, one for children and one for adults. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly. We stayed for almost a week, and there are no complaints. For the price, this is the best option in the city. There's a cafe in the same building as the hotel, so finding a good meal is no problem. We'll definitely be back.

I absolutely loved my stay in Yeysk, all thanks to choosing the right hotel! The VIP Plaza is a new, modern hotel with excellent rooms! We stayed in a room with pool access, and I think it was the best option. It's very convenient to dive straight into the pool from your room, or just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and fresh sea air. After reading reviews from other guests, I can only say one thing: get a more expensive room and you'll be fine. The third floor is the cheapest, and apparently many are surprised by the view or the lack of a balcony. It's important to understand what you're paying for and not mislead others who want to visit this place! Everything was perfect for us. The staff was incredibly pleasant and efficient, and they're always ready to help with any questions or suggestions. The pool is fantastic, and the water temperature was quite comfortable. We stayed in July during the hot weather, so it was perfect! The playground is a paradise for children; you can spend hours there; it's quite engaging and interesting. Our room was also perfect: beautiful interiors, good furniture, all the bedding, and all the necessary appliances. And the hotel restaurant is beyond praise. We loved ordering grilled dishes here: oysters, igai mussels, and my favorite, the Adjarian khachapuri—it was prepared perfectly! Finger-licking good! Overall, all the dishes were worthy of praise. We highly recommend this place; by the way, we've been vacationing here for two seasons in a row now, and considering the price-quality ratio, it's definitely a good choice! The city is quiet and peaceful, not polluted by too many cars, and somehow especially cozy. It's perfect for a family vacation or for those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

A good hotel. The price and quality are right. One of the best in Yeysk, of which there aren't many. The room is a bit dark and the soundproofing from the neighbors is poor. The front doors also don't close tightly, making a rattle when the neighbors slam theirs. But those are minor nits; everything else is fine.

Excellent hotel. Warm pool and another one for children. Buffet breakfast for 340 rubles. Excellent water pressure, air conditioning, refrigerator, and TV in the room. There are verandas with views of the courtyard, the sea, and the parking lot. Towels are changed every other day. Great location, almost on the waterfront, but off to the side, so it's quiet.

The hotel is wonderful. For Yeysk, it's really cool and I think the best in the city. New, clean renovations. All the plumbing is new. The restaurant is beautiful and stylish. The breakfasts are very filling and delicious. There are two swimming pools. The water is clean and warm. There are lots of sun loungers. There's a huge playground for the kids. The staff answers all your questions. Everyone says the beach nearby is terrible. But, guys, you understand that the hotel has nothing to do with it. That's a question for the management. I liked everything.
