We stayed in September and we loved it. Clean and bright room, friendly staff. There is a playground and a cafe, the prices are a little high, but the portions are large. They cooked deliciously. Located next to the sea, also from the promenade. There are shops nearby, everything is convenient. Next time we will visit this hotel again.
Dining room review. Ordinary homemade food, portions are normal, but prices .... almost at the level of a cafe. Soup + buckwheat + chicken leg + compote and 2 slices of bread 456 rub. Eat 2 adults closer to 1000 rubles. + child ... the prices are not canteen. There are no competitors nearby, for example, eating in a dining room near the central beach is 2 times cheaper. Relaxing with neighbors. We ate in the dining room "At Lukomorye" The portions are good, tasty, but the prices are too high. I also wanted to pay attention to the staff, the queue is long, they do not quite cope with the flow. Sometimes rude at the checkout, spoils the impression.

The hotel is located right next to the sea. There is a restaurant on site that serves delicious food. The manager is a very nice girl, sympathetic, always ready to help. Cleaning daily. Clean towels, boiling white, disposable slippers, TV, wifi, kettle, refrigerator, mugs, spoons, knife, tray. The place is clean and the gates are closed. Very quiet in the evening. Small, cozy and located within walking distance from the sea, the embankment and next to various cafes, there are a lot of entertainments for children, but I don't like the fact that the embankment has been turned into a natural market
The service is terrible! The water in the kettle is cold, we made an order for 15 minutes even though there was no queue, after being asked to do it quickly, we were told: "sit down and sit." Since we are guests of the Assol hotel, breakfast was included, you cannot refuse. And the worst thing is that breakfasts are repeated: one day scrambled eggs, the second day an omelet. For dessert - the same...
The hotel is decent enough, there is no facepalm like many other accommodation options. Great location. Nice view from the window (pictured). Now to the cons. Breakfast is very modest and meager (pictured), instant coffee from a bag and no milk / cream. So there is no point in taking for breakfast. The beds are comfortable but no soundproofing ..
