The only hotel. You can spend the night, but everything is simple. Bathroom, kitchen on the floor. The room has a sink, a bed, a bookcase, an old TV - I did not turn it on. Blanket without a duvet cover, covered with a sheet. Soundproofing is poor, you can hear everything. The employees are normal - all sincerely.

The staff is hospitable. The hotel itself is clean. There is a big plus that there is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. Of course, there are also disadvantages, but it is clear that the guys are trying to eliminate them. I want to wish the director of the hotel prosperity! The team of health and strength. This is a hostel. It was as if someone had slept on the bed before me. There is no duvet cover, somehow everything is bad. We checked in at 5 am and at the same time the janitor came out and shoveled until 10 am. Someone came in while we were sleeping and opened the windows, we froze. It was winter.

The suite is excellent, the rest of the rooms - it is quite possible to spend the night. As a rule, there are not many guests in the hotel and no one interferes with anyone. The staff is very responsive and friendly.

Dear our clients! Our hotel is a municipal enterprise. The fact that we still exist is a miracle. Our hotel is the only one in the Novoselovsky district. No one finances us, no one provides assistance. We have clean, bright rooms. Cosmetic repairs are being carried out as far as possible. Wet cleaning is carried out twice a day. Our prices start from 490 rubles. Discounts available for longer stays.
