PoliArt Hotel in Krasnoyarsk

We were at the PoliArt Hotel at the end of January 2021.
The hotel is located in the center of the left bank, 5 minutes by taxi to the theater square, you can also walk if it's warm.
Very comfortable room, we had 302 two-room suite on the 3rd floor. There were three of us - husband, me and a child. Therefore, two rooms are very comfortable, my husband and I slept in the same room on a double (very, by the way, comfortable) bed, and my 9-year-old son in a separate room on a large sofa that can be taken apart for sleep.
Everything is clean, the bed linen is white, which I like, it smells fresh. There are two bathrobes in the room, which is very handy. 2 towels for each person - for hands and body. In the bathroom, shower gels, shampoos, liquid soap and a piece, sets for each toothbrush plus a small paste. There are disposable slippers, very decent quality. There is a hair dryer (here is a small minus, since it is low-power, old, it would be replaced, but it is already there and it’s already good, okay). TV, all channels.
The room is warm, we even blocked the radiators, because at some points it was stuffy. It was -20 outside.
The furniture in one room is interesting, vintage, I liked it.
Long corridor. Hanger plus wardrobe. But there is not enough shelf for a bag, hats, gloves. And there is no rug at the entrance, I would like it to be.
The windows overlook a quiet courtyard, no noise.
Noise isolation is excellent, you can't hear your neighbors at all.
3 rooms per floor, hall on each floor, cooler in the hall, which is very convenient! An armchair, a bookcase - we liked it, classics, magazines, etc.
The hotel has a fenced area, its own parking, on the territory of a summer tent.
Breakfast was included in our price, it had to be ordered in the evening, plus they also offered to treat the ordered menu from the buffet. Everything is delicious. Coffee machine, unlimited tea throughout the day. Breakfast, by the way, can be ordered to the room to be brought, you can also eat in the dining room, but there is not much space, 3 tables, they brought us to the room.
A few minuses - although these are generally working moments, anything can happen. We arrived from the station tired, waited for 15 minutes until the administrator runs away to check something in our room. We went up to the room - there is no light in the corridor, took off our shoes and undressed by touch. But then after a couple of hours they made light.
For earlier check-in - 4 hours before arrival - they took 2 thousand. The room itself costs 3500 per day. I don’t know, maybe it’s the norm to break such prices for an early check-in, but it seems a bit too much!
In general, I liked the hotel.

A very friendly hotel. The hotel itself is small, only 15 rooms, but the rooms are very spacious. And absolutely amazing breakfasts!

A good place for travelers, location: the center of the city of Krasnoyarsk, near the embankment of the river, 300-400 m. Yenisei. The rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle ... Everything is there to rest from the road. I want to thank the reception girls and the cook separately, well done I recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Good, solid hotel in the center of Krasnoyarsk.
The staff is friendly, young, open to communication and problem solving.
There is no elevator, but for guests of low floors and people who are not characterized by reduced mobility, this is not a problem.
Rooms are spacious, housekeeping is top notch.
All hygiene items, bathrobes, slippers - no questions asked.
Breakfast for a small hotel is excellent!
The chef prepares breakfast according to your order made the day before, plus a choice of yogurt, buns, juice, sweets, cold cuts, coffee, fresh juice from the buffet.
The picture is a little clouded by the impossibility for early birds leaving the hotel before 7 am to get a lunch box, but they can safely enjoy coffee in the breakfast room and the staff promise to solve this issue (lunch boxes for early check-out) in the near future.
So to stay for a couple of nights - this hotel is perfect.
