The staff is courteous, responsive, service at the highest level. The hotel rooms are large. There is a buffet open 24 hours. Which is very good. I arrive from another region of Moscow and we have a difference of 4 hours, but I want to eat at home )))

Good and clean hotel. Everything looks good and fresh. Very spacious and modern interior. Welcoming and polite staff. True, the guards there are unsmiling and stern guys. In their presence and under their leaden eyes, you feel like some kind of terrible criminal, whom they are about to expose and twist, or a malicious violator of something. It becomes uncomfortable, I want to run away from them somewhere. But running away from them is also scary - if you run, they will most likely start to catch up or even shoot in the back - with such stern looks, you can expect anything from them. You can't run far from these. Therefore, you have to look at them imperceptibly and slowly, trying not to attract attention, move somewhere to the side, hoping that this time you will do without chasing and shooting?

No Parking spaces, all for any special permits. At the perimeter of the building everywhere weigh signs working tow. In short it is fishing especially at fairs etc for the cops and the wrecker

The number of complaints is not good, towels and bathrobes are sufficient, and further, the devil is in the details
1. Unfortunately the kettle was not very clean, so as the delivery in the toilet, too, with something dirty

The hotel itself makes a good impression,clean,interesting interior,wonderful service,BUT one which negates all this - with odnostoronne hotel club youth yells,fights,drunken screaming, and so on from 3 am to 6 hrs...all 4 days we were there...on the other side of the room combined balcony...which is driving drunk personality and certainly not muting your conversation...it was amazing that in such a serious place do not care about their guests....or who can't recommend it or buy ear plugs...again the staff very much!
