Great budget hotel. The rooms are really small but cozy. Special attention is given to the outdoor swimming pool with hot spring water! In the winter, probably, in such a special thrill to swim!
Why 4: because there were big problems with the tags when paying for cocktails in a cafe, none of the bracelets worked. Any hydromassage devices in the pool work at long intervals, you have to wait a very long time
Came here with my wife and son. I liked the massages, which, combined with the large outdoor pool, give a very good relaxing effect. I will come here again just for the massage and bathing
The pool is great! steam rooms 2 of 4 only worked, the buffet was not very good, there was no choice at all, I asked for 2 teas, black and green, they brought both green ones, the last pizza was, there are no cocktails at all

We had a very good rest, went for a swim with the children, they were delighted, but the baths did not work: neither Finnish nor salty, it is cold in them, not even warming up, minus a star for that! Friendly staff ready to help with any questions. The only not very pleasant impression was when we checked in on 10/3/2017 it was very cold in the room, like on the street and we were with a 3-year-old child
The staff gave us two heaters per room and an hour later it was already warm, and the next morning they turned on the heating. They also have delicious breakfasts included in the price
But this is not the fault of the hotel and I will not remove a star. At that time, heating was not turned on everywhere in Kurgan, at 0 degrees outside
