Hotel for 3 stars. Good for Kingisepp.
Located in a secluded area. Far from the city center. There are no buildings or noise in the surrounding area.
An unlit road leads to the hotel - in the evening it is better to take a taxi.
The hotel has its own lawn with a lawn, a tent, and paths.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Room without frills. Not cramped. For one, so spacious. There is a balcony (apparently there is in all rooms). Although it is rather a loggia with panoramic windows.
The furniture is usual for 3 stars. + Refrigerator, kettle, air conditioner. There was no hair dryer.
The bathroom is large. There is no bath itself. There is a shower room with an ordinary curtain.
Purely. Freshly.

The bed is big. Convenient. But for me the mattress is too soft - it's uncomfortable for me to sleep.
The door to the room is sound-transparent - you can clearly hear conversations and other things from the hall. But fortunately, the guests are quiet.
WiFi is very fast.

Overall, I recommend it.

I advise everyone to this hotel. The rooms are clean, neat, comfortable. The staff is responsive. Stopped for a couple of days and everyone was satisfied. There are many places to walk than to take the evening. A bit far away, but everything else was good

A small cozy hotel with cheap prices and high quality service. Took increased standard. Room liked. Comfortable enough. For such a low price is just perfect. There is free Wi-Fi. Works perfectly. Recommend

Great hotel. Loved it,though was only there for two days. The rooms are clean and comfortable, food at the highest level. The hotel staff is polite and friendly, always in touch, the prices are very reasonable.

Nice hotel. Stayed for 2-3 days, was away on a business trip. The room is clean, the furniture really is not much new. Breakfast is normal, not very diverse, toast eggs tea coffee. The staff is friendly, I was pleased.

All staged. The hotel is fully correspond to the declared site information. The ratio price-quality is absolutely respected. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. In General, all liked it! The only bad location in my opinion.
