House in Lomonosov

I stayed at Usadba Derzhavina from 24 July through 27 July. My experience was mixed. Let's start with the positive. The location was good. The room and hotel in general were clean. It was quiet, so I slept well. The bed was quite comfortable and the sheets soft. The breakfast was decent and located in a beautiful room with a view on a lovely garden. It's a wonderful, safe and affordable place to stay, the rooms are clean, the staff keeps it clean every day, breakfast is good, cafe is clean and good, the staff is amazing, specially folks that sit in the reception. They were my friends in St. Petersburg because I was traveling alone, they helped me to understand the transport system like Metro and taxi and places to visit. They have beautiful garden...

The staff are excellent Olga in reception was amazing and very informed as were the staff in the adjoining museum.

Good location. A lot of bars and restaurants are on the street. But a lot of noise from the street too. So if you want to rest choose another location. Room are ok. Breakfast is just nothing. Yogurt and oatmeal (0 min cooking).

Great location. Everything is in walking distance - theatres, museums, Nevsky prospect... Good conection with public transport. Nice and heplful staff.

Decent hotel for the money. In fact - several apartments on two floors of a house. Very good location - in the five points. The room has everything you need.

Stayed one night. The room was the simplest. For 4500, not a bad room under the very roof. What surprised me was the window in the bathroom and no door in the toilet. There are barbecue areas on the territory, which is very convenient. For the use of guests there is a kitchen with the necessary utensils. The refrigerator is common for each room and has its own shelf. The room rate included breakfast...

Everything is wonderful, there is no better rest to be found.

It's okay to come once, I don't want to come again. The house is clean, comfortable, but the water barely flows in the shower, the interior is also for everybody. Breakfast - a roll with butter and porridge or an omelet with sausages of your choice + croissant, brewed coffee. Territory that everything is in sight. Near the forest. You can get to Simaginsky and Shchuchye lakes.

Because the staff is really nice and the concierge is a pure comedy man. The internet is awful when you use more than one device. The dogs next door are soooo annoying. And the karaoke singers give me nightmares

Excellent! There were three of us staying in a room, and they had booked a double room, but they gave us an extra bed for free, which I thought was wonderful! The front desk staff were also very friendly!

It's great, suitable for exhibitors to stay in. It also has its own Chinese restaurant with a Chinese chef who cooks pretty good dishes. Recommended.

The environment is decent. The 0.5 deduction is because it's in the suburbs and the price is basically the same as in the city center, so it's a little cheaper, but only a little.

Very convenient for domestic business trips, very close to Yeh Palace. Highly recommended. Excellent, excellent, and the price is very reasonable. The decor has a subtle woody scent.

Price - quality match. Very budgetary and for this money it is clean and tidy

Excellent food and service. I think most of what we experienced was geared toward serving bus loads of tourists, but we still enjoyed our time. A lot!
