Love it, there were some problems at the beginning but it was easy to solve. Great hotel, rooms are extremely comfy and cosy. The location is also one of the best, walking distance to the Nevsky avenue is about 5 minutes. Overall rating is 10 out of 10.

Cozy and atmospheric hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg. Nice design and proximity to all the main attractions of the city make the Grand Apart one of the best hotels in this category. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the friendly staff is always ready to resolve any issue.

We rented a room from 17 to 23 January 2021, we were satisfied with everything: stops nearby, Dixie and Pyaterochka store nearby, museums, many attractions within walking distance, there are places for walks, canteens nearby. Cleaning was every day, change of towels 1 time per stay, towels and bed linen are really white, powerful hairdryer, beautiful dishes, there is a cooler with drinking water on the floor. The hotel itself occupies the floor of a residential entrance, entrance from the courtyard using an electronic card. The reception is round the clock, the staff is friendly. The refrigerator was too small for me, if they cooked in the room, there would not be enough space for storing pots. There is an opportunity to cook, but I do not know how to use such a stove) Tea, sugar, toilet paper, shower gel, liquid soap, shampoo, a large TV, warm floors in the bathroom. Studio room is small, but quite suitable for two people, we only spent the night there) All photos on the site are true, without retouching. It was very warm, even too much, they opened the windows at night. Trams make a little noise under the window, but it is not critical, if you walk productively during the day, you hear nothing at night))) The necessary set of furniture and accessories, cleanliness and order, only positive emotions and gratitude to the staff. We definitely recommend.
