DON T GO THERE !!
We left the flat after 5 months without our deposit.
We had during our stay a good relationship with the landlord who was nice with us. We had some parties, sometime too big, but it was always settle between us (or we thought) and we were respectful toward the flat. We paid for the few things we broke straight away (the coach, which was very old she even recognize that, and the fountain you can see on the video). And unlike she said in the comment bellow we didn't broke any dishes.
On the day of the checking out I had bought an new wardrobe (to replace the one of the video), and we were willing to pay a part of the deposit for the chairs that we had broke.
We were expecting an nice ending but unfortunately she couldn't speak English anymore and made us understand that we had to live without our deposit (nearly 3000€).
She made it clear that even if it was unfair we were foreign students in Russia so we couldn't do anything.
That is sadly true so we decided to warn people of this women on Google, so she couldn't still money from more people. She then put this video on the comment showing thing that were broken before our arrival our that we already paid for.
BE CAREFUL DON T TRUST HER
SHE IS HYPOCRITE AND FALSE !

Horrible experience, stayed there for 5 months and the landlady kept the full deposit of almost 3000€ because of some made up reasons. Please check the video below which the landlord will inevitably post as some kind of revenge and decide yourself if these 'damages' are worth 3000€.

Also, do you know what slander is? Do you pay taxes? See you in court, Maria.

It was a place I could call home for 5 wonderful months. Then the hosts demanded to keep the whole of the deposit (for 8 people!) in order to make absurd reparations. Do not come here if you are foreign, you'll be easily ripped off.
(You might see they will post a delirious video created in order to respond to these accusations; everyone is free to believe what they like, but do understand that they are the kind of people that will go to such great lenghts - including posting full name and visa data of students in a video - just to take some extra money).

Good place. However got ripped off my phone, money and deposit. Be careful !

foreigners better stay away. The owner exploits her superior position as Russian citizen and tries to rip off foreign guests. She will claim you broke stuff that is either not even broken or that was already damaged before you checked in and then she will make you pay for it. If you want to discuss it she suddenly is not able to speak english anymore.
there are much better hostels where the owners are just lovely and happy to accomodate foreign guests..
