+ The hotel is easy to find and not so far to the famous scenic spot，we always select ed walking. The room is clean and big enough for me and my friend. The receptions they are nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast. I definitely will recommend this hotel for others.
- The hot water in the bathroom need to draw a while waiting a little bit and the water from tap is too rush which is not very environmentally friendly I think.

I cannot thank the staff at ReMarka hotel enough. They went above and beyond and delivered exceptional customer service. The hotel really deserves to be a 4 star + hotel. Everything was extremely high standard and they thought of all the little things to make my stay wonderful. Special thanks to Anpilogov and the lovely female receptionist who helped me on my final day at the hotel. I cannot thank them enough. I will definitely be returning again.

Excellent location. Front desk staff was very helpful and spoke fluent english. The room was very clean and very new. The bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to all major attractions. It would be nice if there was an ironing board and press in the room. The included breakfeast at the restaurant next door was also very delicious. I would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely disappointed about this place as we booked it based on its good reviews, only to find out it's unclean, sheets seem to be used when we enter (with obvious stains and hairs), staff don't speak much English, etc. Some staff are ok but one staff named Victoria is totally childish, refused to offer any help, couldn't speak or understand a word of English. Very bad attitude, no idea why she'd be working there, must be a practicum student!
Wish we have chosen another place :(

Clean. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Newly renovated inside. Don't let yourself be misled by the exterior of the house. Less than 10 min from metro. Bus close by.

Perfect location, 10 min on foot to the center! Everyone from the stuff, who helped us during our stay, we really friendly and polite. Breakfast is served in the nearby cafe with lovely atmosphere and tasty porridge. We'll definitely stay there one more time.
