- No gas burner to cook
- Reception staff should be considerate of guests. I arrived early in the morning, there is a 500 ruble fee for luggage storage prior to check-in.
Cons: Staff don't speak English very well even when hotel must know basic English because they treat with tourists. Also, the woman in charge was kinda unfriendly when I have te leave the apartment. I asked her to give me 20 more minutes and she just gave me 5 minutes in a bad mood. Other hotels give a reasonable time to leave the apartment but she doesn't.
