I highly do not recommend this place to those who want a relaxing holiday. Booked a house with 1 bedroom - in fact, a bathhouse with a kitchen and a room for the night (for this 12,000 rubles). The shower is broken, water splashes in all directions. There was no declared TV in the house. The key to the lock was constantly sticking. A group of young people rested near our house (endless swearing and loud music). In the next house until 11.30 pm music rumbled, there was no audibility in the house. The territory of Hevaa is ready to accept any contingent, as long as they pay. The staff is not interested in guests at all, everyone is on their phones - no hello, no completion. The only advantage is the view of the bay.

I celebrated my birthday here, booked a table at the bar on the street, when we arrived the table was occupied, waiting for him for 35 minutes standing on the street with things. When we were finally placed, it turned out that food cannot be ordered on the street, only drinks, and we ourselves will need to go to the bar indoors on the second floor, take the menu and order there, they don’t serve food on the street either, they can only pack take-out in lunchboxes. Why weren't they warned about this over the phone? And in general, what kind of service is this, why should guests do the work of waiters?? With the same claims, several other people quarreled with me. At the same time, a banquet was served and only two cooks worked at all, our order was accepted, but they started cooking only after 10 o’clock, as a result, we, who arrived at 8 o’clock, saw the first meal only at half past 11, we already really wanted to eat and decided to order more , but we were told that the cooks work until 11 and nothing else can be ordered! If you can't handle it then close the bar when you take a banquet! I'm already silent about the meager menu and the taste of burnt rubber in food. They told me on the phone that there were no birthday discounts, but when I had already paid the bill and we were leaving, they told us that there was a discount, but they didn’t know about the birthday. In general, I have never seen such a disgusting organization of work, obviously the owners are miserly and will strangle themselves, just not to hire additional people, but I really want to cut down the money, the result is the service is below the baseboard, thanks for ruining my birthday
