We arrived at the restaurant around 12 o'clock, 2 tables were occupied. We had limited time and I decided to order strudel and coffee, my husband ordered 3 types of sushi 🍣 and fruit drink, hoping that we would be served quickly. But it was not there, in general for the first time in such a situation. My order was delivered within 30 minutes. To say that I was outraged would be an understatement. When we asked after how long we would be served sushi, we were told to wait another 15 minutes. There was no time to wait and we refused, for the first time in our lives we refused the order. 45 minutes to make 3 sushi is something. For those who do not understand what sushi is, this is a lump of rice, and on top there are fish and there were only 3 of them.

Settled in quickly. The staff is polite and smiling. Breakfast is included in the price. The corridors and lobby of the first floor after the repair. My room is also renovated. Furniture of average quality. TV is small CRT. Bathroom small, no bath, no shower, no tray, not enough hooks. There is only soap. A clothes brush, a spatula for shoes. Phone in room is. No refrigerator. Wi-Fi is available in the room. Breakfast buffet. The selection is small. Tea-and coffee-just pancakes. But you can eat tight and somewhat diverse.

Disgusting.General store,only the prices of the hotel. No Internet, the beds are uncomfortable, TV with a telescope the smallest of all which exist, the room temperature is 30 degrees,no air conditioning nor fan. One Hairdryer for the whole hotel,its car Park no. Welcome to scoop, who do not mind 2600. I lived at 2900, my friend lived in the next room, i.e. all rooms sucks. By the way the shower in my room had to hold in the hand to wash, the retainer is not holding him, the light in the room is also disgusting. For 2900 rubles in the room only soap, gel,shampoo, air freshener, probably in the Suite. Everything!!! Welcome to hell!!!

Great hotel for Tikhvin, delicious restaurant downstairs, and only in this hotel in the town has hot water everywhere when its turned off (for the first time stayed at mini-hotel and about the lack of hot water we forgot to tell you =( )
