Large well managed area with small hotel (about dozen of rooms) and some houses available for booking.
We spent weekend in hotel suite. Staff was positive and nice. Plain food for breakfast included good porridge, eggs and frankfurters, coffee and tee - for me it's enough. We spent time renting rowboat, playing on football pitch and visiting places around. Going here wintertime.

A huge area on which are the ruins of an ancient city. In winter, the ruins are not visible, but the landscapes are gorgeous. There is a sauna, you can stay in rooms or rent a house. House (or rather, half a house with a separate entrance), 2 floors, quite spacious, next to it is a barbecue area. There are several pavilions in other parts of the base. All kinds of entertainment are organized: in the summer - a children's playground, a tennis court, a football field, boating, cycling, a karaoke bar (more precisely, a karaoke tower!), River excursions, fishing, and so on and so forth. In winter - a skating rink, ice-skating / cheesecakes.
All paths are cleared, although there was a heavy snowfall.
The staff is friendly, the food in the cafe is delicious. Even delivery to the rooms is available. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm (including heated floors in the houses).
Conclusion: 100% justified their money, ideal for outdoor recreation, especially if you don’t have your own summer house

The only downside is the location is not very convenient for sightseeing. You won't get there on foot. And well, more food in the cafe, in the evening we arrived hungry, came to eat in their cafe, ate and left not very satisfied. And the buffet breakfast was quite tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. There was a kettle in the room which was a bit disappointing. The territory is huge, picturesque, there is entertainment for every taste.
I liked a sufficient number of gazebos with barbecue facilities, the room had bathrobes, slippers, gels, shampoos, dental kits. Bed linen, blankets and pillows are comfortable. Of the minuses, I would note that during the rest it was unpleasant to look at crowds of drunks who celebrated some kind of banquet until 23:00 along the way, turning on terrible music throughout the territory. It would be better to move this building separately so that these banquets do not interfere with the rest of the rest.

A very pleasant place. Well organized area. The hotel has a good repair and comfortable rooms. The breakfast included in the room rate is an average buffet. The biggest complaint about the food on the menu is the quality of the canteen of an average hand (you can eat, but there is little pleasure), only 3-4 times more expensive.
Did not like the attitude of the staff, we got nasty, very strict rules, rules volume three, it really spoils the whole stay, the price is high, leave a Deposit in the 4 thousands, took the house for 11 people, it was crowded, in General, more will not come here!
