What a great location in Vyborg. So near to everything and also peaceful place. Still there IS something to do with the friendliness at the reception and quality of the breakfast, but anyway, I will return for sure!
Very tasty food in restaurant, especially in comparison with other food establishments in the environment
Took a Luxury room and was unpleasantly surprised not very conscientious cleaning. Trick room - mirror in the wall pattern. I understand that it is huge, but the dust can be wiped off. The same dust on the bedside lamps, the curtains at all spots. Some small things, but the overall impression is spoiled.
The bed is big, comfortable, soft.
Was 26.09 - heating in the room. But not to say that it's cold, we freeze.
Bathroom good, give shampoo and shower gel, clean towels, bathrobes and disposable Slippers white.
In the room there is another laptop, flat screen TV, fridge.
Minibar in the fridge is very modest: no alcohol at all, some chocolates and juice. Usually hotels make money on it
The Breakfast is OK: cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, sandwiches, pancakes. Delicious coffee, juice not.
The location is convenient - there in principle all along: I walked in the restaurant, to the cinema and to the fortress.

The receptionist very helpful to arrange our accommodation during our stayed here. We planned to change the room from standard to the luxury room with her help. The breakfast is real breakfast (not only bread and jam). Worth money to paid and very close to the railway station of vyborg (5-10min walking only).

Overall is good, consider Vyborg is only a small town with very limited hotel choices. Room was quite good and given a roof top with roof window. House keeping service was good, breakfast was ok and staffs were nice and good English spoken. Only downside was the toilet, needs lots of maintenance and refurbishment. Only 7-9 minutes walk from train station and 15 minutes walk to the castle. Supermarket and most restaurants only few minutes away.
Good place to stay for short visit.

Nice sauna, ok standard rooms, great service
Very good hotel.
Definitely a budget place. Old furniture, linens, and decorations. The room looked dusty and dirty but there wasn’t much actual dirt- I think it was just a very old room. Bathroom shower walls were full of black mold. Good location. I would stay somewhere nicer if you can

The furniture in the room was old, the carpet stained (I didn’t dare to investigate of which substance). The bathroom was dirty a some pieces broken. The shower was represented by a curtain so the water goes everywhere. In July/August the temperatures were of around 28 degrees so, with no A/C, the room became a green house at the end of each day.
On my last day I returned back to the room to find out that, without telling me anything, the hotel crew changed the wardrobe so they took ALL MY STUFF OUT and put it back in the new (smaller) one without any care at all!!
I am not returning back in this place.
