President Hotel

My wife and I stopped at this hotel on 24.12. The wife had a birthday. We took a deluxe room. The pictures show a pretty decent number, but in fact there are flaws. The first thing that caught my eye was the terrible dirt on the edges of the curb in the shower. They called the administrator, apologized that they could, then wiped it off. We ordered dinner in the room at 21.00. Manager Natalya was warned that they would like to eat in the room at 21.00. She handed the phone to the waiter, he accepted the order. We go out for SPA procedures, and the waiter is already carrying the order. They didn’t give him any information. There are no complaints about the quality of the cuisine, everything is delicious and prompt! Although they promised a compliment in honor of the birthday, they never brought it))). The pool with pleasant, cool water, the sauna already needs to be updated, some boards are moving away, and they have lost their former freshness. The temperature there felt lower than in the Turkish steam room. Everyone who came in agreed with this. SPA program consisted of massage and peeling. Peeling is normal, and massage, in my opinion, is just stroking the body. The massage therapist's hands were cold, which means there is no energy in his hands. But most of all the rest was spoiled by the unexpected visit of the cleaner at 10.45. With the words “oh sorry,” she ran away, but I don’t understand who gave her the right to enter the room when there are guests. In general, if the management has something to think about to improve the service, unless of course they need it ...

The toilet had neither toilet paper nor paper towels. Had to ask 2 times

All the equipment is old, circle dirty and untidy.

Ruined my day

This is not a 5*, don't expect European service. It's a provincial place with disgusting service

In the Junior Suite the dirt and stench... the balcony up .trash in room safe Deposit box 10 years ago.. the dirt bin to be delivered....for that kind of money is not clear... compliments never received

THE HOTEL STEAL MONEY!
We had a rest with the guests in this hotel in October 2015. We were booked almost half of the hotel rooms. When leaving the hotel by the negligence of one of the guests had left personal belongings, including 4 of the envelope with the money. Went back to the hotel literally 15 minutes after departure. The room is not allowed, the things put at the front Desk, the envelopes were removed and sealed in one big envelope. Checked the envelope and found that it lacks an envelope with the money, namely the sum of 20 000 roubles. Began to call to the hotel asking for help to resolve this issue and to make sure that any explanation we have not heard. Three days waiting for a reply from the hotel management, the Manager of the hotel refused to assist in the search for the culprit, explaining that we are to blame for leaving things. I think this explanation is just wild! Boorish attitude of the staff is outrageous! There is no question about the high level of service at this property can not go! Guests faced with any difficulties or problems, are forced to look for ways to resolve them! SHAME ON ALL WHO SUPPORTS AND COVERS THEFT!!!!!!!!! I want to warn everyone who wants to stay at this hotel, if there is to be one fact of theft, don't be surprised if you have lost things while cleaning the room or while you enjoy the pool. In the end, your vacation can turn into an unpleasant adventure with the vain attempts to prove his innocence!
