3 with a big minus and here's why: - there is no water in the "kitchen". Neither wash the dishes nor smack - everything in the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable, old creaky. Never got enough sleep! There is a century-old layer of dirt on the windowsill. The TV in the room, no matter how clicked, did not work Bed and towel seemed to be clean. The price of living corresponds in principle to the conditions...

Good seevice, very nice spacious rooms. Showers, tables and refrigerators also available.

12.02.2016 last year was more interesting,but saydet,cleaning is lame,and no kitchen for normal cooking,is not suitable premises for her. In Lipetsk it is the best option for all

Not the first time staying in a hostel! Lovely atmosphere, cosy and clean room, with each visit something modernizarea))) In my last visit the kitchen has a delightful fruit on the wall!

Very cozy. Everything is provided. The only thing we lacked was a foot towel. The breakfast is awesome! Well done! Recommend!

Very comfortable and homely, there is air conditioning, TV, fridge! The staff is helpful. Recommend! + Price for a standard room pleased! Breakfast is hearty: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cheese, tea, coffee. The only thing I did not understand, why the socket on the ceiling?

I really liked it. Friendly hostesses comfortably clean deliciously in the morning fed. A set of sanitary hot water shampoo clean towels were a long way away. In the morning we were shown other rooms got an emotional shock for such budget money such a mansion !!!

We stayed at the hotel from 25.11 to 04.12.18. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the city center. There is no through passage, which provides peace and quiet for residents. A small parking lot is under video surveillance. The rooms are clean, daily change of towels and, if necessary, toiletries. The room has a mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV, free wi-fi, large bed, wardrobe. In the toilet...
