3 with a big minus and here's why: - there is no water in the "kitchen". Neither wash the dishes nor smack - everything in the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable, old creaky. Never got enough sleep! There is a century-old layer of dirt on the windowsill. The TV in the room, no matter how clicked, did not work Bed and towel seemed to be clean. The price of living corresponds in principle to the conditions...

Good seevice, very nice spacious rooms. Showers, tables and refrigerators also available.

Cozy, clean, comfortable, humane:-) Overall excellent!!

12.02.2016 last year was more interesting,but saydet,cleaning is lame,and no kitchen for normal cooking,is not suitable premises for her. In Lipetsk it is the best option for all

Not the first time staying in a hostel! Lovely atmosphere, cosy and clean room, with each visit something modernizarea))) In my last visit the kitchen has a delightful fruit on the wall!

An excellent Mini-hotel in the city center at an adequate price. A shopping center and many cafes are within walking distance. The room is clean. We were surprised by the heated floors not only in the bathroom but also in the shower stall itself. Breakfast included, delicious. They brought it straight minute by minute as ordered. Everything is fresh.

Not bad and cheap. Rooms decent. Toilet and shower was shared but they were both free and spotless. Receptionist was super helpful and polite. She even walked me down to breakfast in the morning.

The room is ok but I was missing the fridge and kettle as stayed for four nights. It was necessary to eat something, and constantly going to a cafe is expensive. A good breakfast is included in the room rate. Liked the cappuccino with dessert, which is also served with breakfast.

The exterior is an unattractive building, but the rooms are comfortable with new modern furniture. The hotel is quite quiet and calm. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts and dinners are pre-ordered in a choice of 7 types. Delicious! I advise.

There is no light and paper in the toilet, there is no soap in the washbasin. Betting in its purest form. House of the collective farmer, not a hotel. But still in demand for the purpose of resting while waiting for the train

Very cozy. Everything is provided. The only thing we lacked was a foot towel. The breakfast is awesome! Well done! Recommend!

Very comfortable and homely, there is air conditioning, TV, fridge! The staff is helpful. Recommend! + Price for a standard room pleased! Breakfast is hearty: scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, cheese, tea, coffee. The only thing I did not understand, why the socket on the ceiling?

I really liked it. Friendly hostesses comfortably clean deliciously in the morning fed. A set of sanitary hot water shampoo clean towels were a long way away. In the morning we were shown other rooms got an emotional shock for such budget money such a mansion !!!

We stayed at the hotel from 25.11 to 04.12.18. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the city center. There is no through passage, which provides peace and quiet for residents.
