Every year they went to rest in the Quiet Dawns, and were always in a wild delight. But the rest of 2020, completely repulsed all the desire to appear in this place! Value for money / service is zero! Rest was ruined thanks to the administration of the complex. We arrived in early June to celebrate a birthday, rented a house for 11 thousand rubles (on a weekday, so it costs 13 thousand per day) + rooms for friends in a common house for 2 thousand. Arriving, we were greeted by a "friendly" receptionist who was on the threshold stated that today in the neighboring house CHILDREN of the owners of the complex have a rest (we booked for two weeks and made an advance payment in advance) and that we should behave quieter than water, below the grass. This initially struck me, we came to celebrate a birthday with the company, and the administration says that we should be quiet! What the hell are you doing? !!! Hey, we have a holiday for a second. OK. Our company is adequate, and there were no precedents with unreasonable actions and the consequences arising from them. Having settled in, the house had a wild cold, a complete lack of household necessities (such as toilet paper, detergents, etc.) and a terribly dirty floor !!! What was said, what was shrugged in our direction. What kind of customer focus ?! Further we decomposed on the terrace adjacent to the house, sat and rested. After some time, salute volleys begin and the administrator immediately runs to us and begins to inadequately yell at us! For a second, as it turned out, the relatives of the vacationing owners of the base let out the fireworks, NOT WE. What the same administrator later finds out about, but there was NO apology from her. To which she said, yes, I know that it was not you. In the morning when we began to rent the house, we cleaned everything, washed all the dishes, collected all the garbage (a deposit was paid in advance for damage to the property 5 thousand rubles), the administrator checked everything, tells us that the house is in order, but since YOU were noisy, you a fine of 1000 rubles, which will be withheld from bail. Are we noisy ?! What are you talking about, everything was as cultural as possible. People sat listening to music and chatting! There were no screams, orov and wild dances. What kind of noise are we talking about? This woman did not provide us with any receipts or checks for a fine. We will never go to this place again !!! And we will definitely pass it on to all our friends, colleagues and acquaintances. Completely spoiled rest and impression of this place. I do not advise anyone. Previously, everything was different, but from this year everything has changed dramatically.
