Nadezhda Strelkina - hereditary artist into a dynasty of artists Burbyshevs. At the turn of XIX-XX centuries, the great-grandfather of Nadezhda had owned a small factory "Burbyshev's workshop", which produced painted lacquer snuff boxes, silver cigarette cases, cups, etc.
Nadezhda Strelkina was born in 1960 in the village of Fedoskino, finished Fedoskino school of miniature painting. She worked at the Fedoskino factory of lacquer miniature. Her works are in the Museum of Fedoskino factory, as well as in private collections in England, France, America. Professional artist, member of Union of artists of Russia.
In 1995 her works was noticed by American experts and offered her to sell a license to produce souvenir production printing works of the artist. It was a turning point in the artist's work.
