Celebrated a wedding in June 2021 at the Klinskoe Podvorie restaurant. Everything went great, the guests are more than happy and my husband and I are delighted! The service is excellent, the cuisine is bombastic, everything is very tasty 🤤, the guests personally thanked the chefs at the end of the evening. Bravo to the cook!

There is a museum of a Christmas tree toy - beauty and a fairy tale, I liked the hotel itself, it costs the money that they ask for the rooms, everything is very decent and clean

Hotel for 5+. The staff is polite. The chefs cook very tasty. The rooms are just a bomb. White bed and very comfortable pillows. I will be in Klin, and now I will only stop here.

There are no air conditioners, some of the rooms face the road with heavy traffic - noisy. The tap water is warm. Friendly staff. There is a beautiful park next to the hotel. Just returned from Clover. I liked the hotel very much, the territory is well-groomed, clean, it is clear that every corner is made with love. The food is good, they cook everything themselves. Excellent value for money. But you have to come there with your own food. There is nowhere to buy.

Spacious rooms, solid furniture, parking in a closed courtyard. There is a kitchen where you can use a coffee machine, toaster, microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good place to sleep on the way to St. Petersburg, not far from the highway, but very quiet. A family room with two double beds is what you need for travelers with children who are tired of sitting in a car. The breakfast is hearty, the coffee is not bad. For a roadside hotel 10 out of 10.

There is nothing to do in the village itself. but the hotel has a sauna with a large slide in the pool. I use it all the time in winter

I liked the hotel, breakfast is included, the bed is clean, snow-white, mattresses are not sold out, the room is spacious, there is air conditioning, parking. I recommend!

We drove from Voronezh to St. Petersburg and were very tired. We stopped at this hotel at 6 am and never regretted it! Very clean, comfortable, great staff, good parking. This hotel was better than others we have booked on this trip! Thanks! 🤗

In general, the hotel is not bad, we solved the problem with parking a KamAZ car (not a truck). If you need accounting documents, you must check in before 20:30 at the latest. The receptionist said the cafe is up to 21, and the check is punched there. Breakfast can be taken in one bill, well, it is from 8 to 9 The room is clean, large, the bathroom has everything you need.

( бесплатная автодорога )проходит в 300 метрах! Рядом с квартирой вся необходимая инфраструктура: магазины, супермаркеты, тц, рестораны, аптеки, сто, шиномонтаж и тд

В квартире имеется отдельная просторная кухня со всем необходимым оборудованием для комфортного проживания, что подтверждается актуальными фотографиями!
Плита индукционная (электро) позволяет очень быстро приготовить пищу или можно разогреть уже приготовленную в микроволновке! Холодильник довольно вместительный!
С кухни выход на большую лоджию - веранду с красивым видом на город, двор и великолепные виды на закаты!
В ванной установлена новая стиральная машина-автомат.
В отдельной просторной спальне - гостиной присутствует новая двуспальная кровать с новым ортопедическим очень удобным матрасом, что позволит вам полноценно высыпаться каждую ночь!

У нас закрытая территория (шлагбаум), открывается по звонку!
Если Вы на машине, надо указать марку, цвет и номер автомобиля!

При заселении иметь паспорт, на основании которого оформляется договор найма квартиры!
Количество гостей строго до 4-х человек!
Возрастные ограничения - 25 +

С животными и курить в квартире нельзя - штраф 5 тыс. руб.
Цена за проживание в квартире может меняться в зависимости от дня недели и праздничных дней и количества проживающих! В объявлении указана цена за 1-2 человек!

При заезде взимается депозит 5 000 р., который возвращается после выезда и уборки в течение дня на банковскую карту и если вы сдадите квартиру в том же состоянии, что и мы вам сдали и после вашей самостоятельной уборки (вынести мусор, помыть посуду и тд)
При досрочном выезде оплата не возвращается!
Заселение с 15. 00, выезд до 12. 00. Заселяем до 22 00
Не сдается для шумных вечеринок, только для проживания!
Следует строго соблюдать режим тишины с 21. 00 до 8. 00, при нарушении выселение происходит незамедлительно без возврата денежных средств!
Граждан в состоянии алкогольного и наркотического опьянения не заселяем!
Бронируя квартиру и заселяясь, вы тем самым подтверждаете свое согласие с вышеуказанными правилами!
