The room wasn’t clean! They gave me no internet connection. The road to the hotel was full with snow and no one cared to clean it. On my request they told me that doesn’t make sense, it will be still snowing… Taxi won’t go there, simply because of the snow!

Bathroom was terrible, dirty, shower hanger broken. My friend's room has power went out all night and hotel didn't change room for them, they told that we use adapter for charging telephone so that make power went out, what?!!
