It is near the highway and depends which bus you take you can do a short walk or a hike. Take the 911 from the airport to the salarevo mall, ride to kartmazovo (5 stops) and it's about a 6 min walk to the hotel
I think once this village is finished the area will not look so scary at night when walking back from the bus stop and a new road to access the hotel is made

The hotel has a spa, saunas (closed due to covid) indoor heated pool (bathing cap mandatory) fitness center and restaurant. The wall are thin so you can hear next door at night 😂. Glad they don't have noisy bed springs
