A huge minus is the housing stock🙆 old furniture and dead plumbing (in our standard room the toilet seat was not screwed at all, just the seat was on top, because we were with a child, it’s just traumatic), the towels are yellow and torn, in the rooms there are no bathrobes or slippers (if you want a bathrobe, pay 400 rubles.) we paid, they brought a bathrobe the size of a child 🤷 they said the biggest one, that is, even for money, no one tried to find a normal size, so the child walked in this bathrobe.
For three days of stay, they never cleaned and did not throw out the garbage🙆 I’m silent that no one even thought to change the towels.
You can get into the pool only once a day for an hour, it’s better to sign up as soon as you arrive, otherwise there will be no time.
We lived in the first building on the 2nd floor, there is a passage to the second building right there and “funny” people walk all night and the audibility is colossal, there are also tables for table tennis in the passage and the sound of the ball is heard very loudly🤷🙆this is already a claim to the administration -why they give out rackets late in the evening, people played for half the night, until my patience ran out and I went out to make a fuss🤬

There are no shops or cafes, there is a mini bar in the lobby, with ice cream (100 rubles per ball), chips and nuts (for a fee), draft beer from 10-13 and from 14-21 there is a bottled beer for a fee, after 21 hours free beer is poured for money 🤪
If you don’t bother, you can have a good rest, we were at the end of February, it’s probably beautiful in summer👍but personally we wouldn’t go there a second time🤷

Rested in this park hotel 3 times. The first 2 times were completely delighted, but this time the rest was a shock. We came with friends to celebrate my anniversary. The food was not that bad, but almost warm, although we went early. They told about this to the girl who was standing at the entrance to the dining room. In response, they heard that it was us with claims. Previously, this was not the way to talk to customers. The light is muted everywhere in the evening, it is clear that they save energy, but it is not our fault that the demand has fallen. Friends were in another park hotel, there are people, and the food is normal, although the vouchers are more expensive. But the beds in the rooms that wobble, pillows, service - all this is the image of the hotel. After such a visit, my husband said I wouldn’t go anymore, although before that he didn’t want to hear about other hotels.
