Unfortunately the hotel has deteriorated in service since CIVID-19! Furthermore, the time was not used to replace faulty air conditioning units or at least to repair the 100 year old TV set! I also can not understand that at breakfast only half of the dishes on the menu are available. I cannot recommend this hotel !!!

One of the best hotels in Moscow. Convenient location, next to the metro. All amenities are present - a swimming pool, breakfast included, free parking, while the prices are quite affordable. The rooms are serviced at the highest level, always clean. The furnishings are also pleasing, the interior is modern, the renovation is fresh.

Vacationing in the Lakes in June,lived at the hotel.The hotel is very pleasant-comfortable,clean,friendly staff,has a restaurant,don't need to think about where to eat.Pictures of very inexpensive,about the restaurant can't say.Lived in a Junior Suite,the room liked it.If prices do not change much,I will try to come to the New Year.I recommend the hotel to everyone, and stay in the Lakes for those who like to swim and walking in the forest,sights are the Museum of local lore and excursions to the local candy factory,very interesting.

Very nice,clean,comfortable rooms.Has everything you need.the staff is not annoying) Vacationing with his wife on holidays, was the trip romantic. ordered even a romantic dinner, the restaurant superbly and got all the candles were brought in, and hearts on a plate painted. Just like in the movies. Clean, people are nice, everyone is smiling, even the security guards in the lobby. All ready to serve.And the area Ozersk region is very attractive,a lot of places of interest. In General everything is super! The hotel is very pleasant all the advice!
