По Осташковскому шоссе на 91 километре МКАД двигаться по указателям на Пушкино, проезжаете село Бородино, Ховрино, Беляниново, Болтино, Черкизово, далее по указателям в мкрн. Звягино, далее до указателя «Арт — отель» налево, на Т-образном перекрестке опять налево и далее до отеля направо.
Общественным транспортом
С Ярославского вокзала (метро Комсомольская), доехать до ст. Клязьма (~ 40 минут в пути), затем по подземному переходу перейти на платформу, где расположена билетная касса, далее пешком 10 минут (~ 1100 метров).

The place is good, there is a lot of greenery in the yard, the fountain is very beautiful. The breakfasts are decent. But the room (standard, 3rd floor) is so-so. Not comfortable, untidy, the socket falls off, you can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms. It is difficult to retire in the hotel itself - everything is so located that you constantly bump into someone, people are everywhere, some kind of movement. And on Saturdays, weddings are held here ... In general, if you want to have fun with a big campaign or have a wedding and comfortably accommodate guests, this is a great option. For a quiet family vacation - not suitable.

The hotel is focused on weddings and other celebrations, so if you are lucky enough to relax there during a wedding, your vacation will be ruined. The family came to take a break from the city noise, as a result, until 4 in the morning they listened to music under the windows, drunken screams, swearing, and then a fight. Moreover, the hotel does not care about other guests. The hotel itself is shabby, the glass and the floor are dirty. Only unpleasant impressions remained. I do not advise.

Celebrated the wedding. Heat 34 degrees. All drinks are warm, there is always no ice. The owners don't give a damn about the clients, they simply didn't even bother with the issue of comfort. You could have put a couple of fans in the tent to blow out the heated air, but why? The payment has already been received. In an air-conditioned room where the entrance to the hotel is asked not to go, they are kicked out into the heat. The impression of the wedding is ruined.

The idea is good, the place is beautiful. Friendly staff, in its own restaurant, too, all the rules, portions are large, but in general there are no special comments. The room is spacious. But the bathroom was very disappointing. There were holes in two towels, the shower head does not work, cleaning the bath itself is also the same. Do not close the curtains completely. We liked it. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. Staff are polite, pleasant and modern atmosphere. In the yard is quite spacious and there are not a large zoo, a couple of gazebos.
