I'm an American and I loved the 10 days or so I spent here in Nov 2015. 3 square meals per day of pretty good Russian food served all you can eat cafeteria style, relaxing property with woods with white birch trees, gentle horses and animals, a swimming pool, ping pong, billiards and lots of nice interesting people that will make you feel good. Shopping at Pushkino just a short shuttle ride away...

Clean and tidy rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Lovely lilacs right under the windows. The proximity of the yarrow is almost not felt. Unfortunately, the sanatorium needs renovation for a very long time. In many ways, it spoils the picture that one of the buildings is being rented out as a hostel for anybody.

Today I took my mother to this sanatorium, a voucher (20,000 rubles) from the social services. is free. There are only pensioners. The buildings are outdated and dilapidated, the closets in the rooms are falling apart, plumbing is barely breathing windows do not close. I was in a hurry and didn't take a photo. Great place to visit if you are from Russia, but outside of Russia it is almost imposible to talk with staff, cause, no one of them know a word of English language. Food, acomodation and other things are perfect.
