+ The hotel is located in the heart of Sergiev Posad — in 5 min. walk from Lavra! I can’t imagine better location. We’ve had only half day, so saving time was important. Very close to the hotel are bakeries, banks, supermarket is 2 min, Vkusno I Tochka (ex-Mac) is just in front. Our room was cozy, with a very good bed and matras, sofa and a coffee table. Coffee, tea and minibar are available in the room. Staff is helpful and friendly. I haven’t seen lift anywhere, so we had to take stairs to get to our room on the third floor. All in all it’s a very nice hotel and we’ll stay there next time for sure! The bed was great: comfortable and spacious. Tea and coffee in the room. Good shower Everything was clean and fresh. Convenient location of the hotel.

Chose this excellent hotel 5 minutes from Lavra in a historic building for a weekend trip. We had a great new room on the 3rd floor. Very nice and stylish. Thank you very much for the cleanliness and comfort. We are glad. A small drawback, the Macauto directly under the windows, the first night we slept very badly due to the noise from the cars.

We took comfort New for two, in the room: double bed, TV, dormers, bedside tables, sofa, minibar, safe, couch, wardrobe, two tables, chairs, kettle, plain water, sugar, tea, 2 cups, combined bathroom, shower (no bath), towels, shower accessories (shampoo and shower gel), toothbrushes and paste, air conditioner. Everything is clean and fresh.

Breakfasts are not included in the price, you can take them separately, for one - 300 rubles. We have breakfast only on the very last day, maybe for us at 11.00 it's almost lunch. It is not very convenient to have breakfast at this time, because we get up early to visit excursions and attractions. And so the breakfasts are delicious, you can choose from several what you like best: eat with porridge, eat with pancakes, eat lean. The breakfast includes several dishes, dessert, coffee or tea to choose from, and more juice. Quite satisfying.

The hotel has its own restaurant, prices are reasonable, live music in the evenings. Check-in at 15.00, departure at 12.00. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel, in the next building there is a McDonald's, and just across the street is KFC for fast food lovers. There are also supermarkets. Close to museums and a bus stop.

The only negative is that the air conditioner works very badly. To ventilate, both windows had to be opened. In general, we liked everything. Recommend.

Great location in the city center. Parking for cars. The disadvantages are also significant, I even wanted to give a C grade. It's a squeaky mattress, just the springs squeak. Horror. The water in the toilet takes about 20 minutes, you can get into an incident. Poor water in the shower. They waited for breakfast for about 20 minutes, brought with absolutely cold sausage. And the portion is small. In general, this is already nit-picking, but the plumbing should work well and the bed should be normal.

Nice hotel in the city center. Very polite and friendly staff. Minus only breakfast at 9 o'clock, it's late.
