Google doesn't have a rating of 4.5, so let's be honest :) Pretty cozy hotel with very polite staff, delicious and varied breakfast, private parking and conveniently located near the Lavra. The only negative: a double bed made of...two single mattresses...

Nice hotel. Convenient location. The rooms are clean. Corresponds to the photos on the website. There is no refrigerator in the room. There is a kettle and a hairdryer. Friendly staff, will prompt and explain. Breakfast is included in the room rate, a very nice bonus!

The rooms are clean and decent enough. A large and echoing hall. The night is heard as the Desk put bottles in the fridge. It is better to choose a room higher up and further down the corridor. + ear plugs as well as a wine.

The room is clean, but the bathroom was not working the lock. For organic coffee during Breakfast you have to pay separately. The price could be lower

The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the city center. Very close to the bus station. 5 min walk towards the Lavra Cathedrals. Great facility with very warm central heating and the same warm water. Excellent staff and the most friendly receptionists!!! Highly recommended.

I guess it is a must-visit place in the town—fabulous interior and menu, which is big enough to taste for a couple of days.

This is the perfect place to fill your belly after a spiritual tour. The menu includes some Ukrainian and international foods but mostly a russian menu. I tried the dumplings and it was great. The pancakes were unique as it came with salmon. I didn't enjoy the salmon because I prefer it cooked. The beet and meat soup was delicious.You can also grab some souvenirs from the the shop inside the restaurant

Recommended place but needs improvements in services. As it is located at a religious and touristic town of Sergiev Posad, it would be nice to have staff that are welcoming especially to foreigners. The manager or PIC should have an air of friendliness more and the waiters as well but instead they were looking like they hadn't seen foreigners before when the restaurant is equipped with Chinese translation...

A small hotel with eight rooms in the center of Sergiev Posad in the private sector next to the Lavra. Made with great love and taste. The hotel has a wonderful exhibition of paintings! For lovers of European home hotels! Who cares: The rooms are small, there is no full-fledged restaurant at the hotel. But the atmosphere of privacy makes up for it! Thank you!

We liked the hotel. We took a room on the third floor, he is there alone. Spacious, there is a small kitchenette. The decoration of the room is a bit gloomy, but it's a matter of taste. Everything is clean and in good order. Hospitable hostess, delicious breakfasts. There is no secure parking. I recommend the hotel.

The location is great! Quiet street, sleeping peacefully! To the Lavra on foot slowly 7 minutes! To the street with cafes 2 minutes walk! The staff is helpful and friendly! The breakfast is delicious! Small household roughness could not spoil the impression !!! The score is closer to "excellent" !!!

I liked the hotel very much! Clean, comfortable single room on the 3rd floor. No extraneous sounds, administrators keep order (very nice girls). Lived for 2 days. Breakfast - 3 courses, a drink, it's a lot, of course)) Thank you, I'll be back with pleasure

Very good hotel, beautiful, calm, comfortable. There is a beautiful park around the hotel. The staff is very friendly, they bring free tea in a teapot directly to the room. Amazing breakfast, which was hard to expect: 1. porridge, 2. scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs to choose from, 3. cheesecakes or pancakes to choose from, 4. a cheese plate with good varieties of cheese, 5. fruits, including mangoes...

Just an amazing place! Very elegantly furnished rooms. There is a room with a baby cot) The proximity of the railway does not interfere at all, the soundproofing is at its best. And special thanks to the staff, everything was very sincere! And the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and brought directly to the room. Thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel is located in the center of Dubrava. The rooms are beautiful, but expensive (my 10 thousand cost) the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is polite and attentive and everything seems to be fine ... but as always there is one BUT! next to the train tracks! Trains are buzzing all night, it is unrealistic to sleep, as I visited the station.

I love this place. Walk around the lake, mmm .. especially in the summer. It was great before, until everything was ruined. You could sit on the pier, now it’s gone😭, there were 2 swans, they were also removed .. There was a slide for tuning and an ice rink in the winter, now there is none .. They put an unnecessary ladder instead. They deprive people of little joys😒 but still it is a wonderful lake

My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Perfect location, easy walk to the lavra with friendly, kind and helpful staff.
