Senino Park-Hotel in Serpukhov

We rested with a large group of adults and children.
We didn't have hot water at first. More precisely, it was, but not enough for everyone who gets up earlier - boilers.
This went on for five days. To the question - what about the water? When will the issue be resolved? The administrator's answer just killed: "I washed at 7 am - everything was fine" 🤦🏻‍♀️
The wifi in the rooms did not work. At first they said that it was just the last day of the month and the limit was over. But neither the next day, nor in the next 12 days, Wi-Fi in the rooms did not work.
At the same time, there was another Wi-Fi at the administrator and when asked to give a password: "If I give it to everyone now, how do you imagine we will work ?!"
We have not heard an apology for any situation.
For the inconvenience, we asked at least to give us the opportunity to wash for free.
Yeah, figs there. They also counted more washings than they actually had.
Instead of apologies for all situations, we only heard: "If you want to leave, we will refund your money for the remaining days."
The hotel provided only breakfasts, but three meals a day were organized for us for the group.
I will not talk about lunch and dinner (they were sad).
But even breakfasts on weekdays were worse than on weekends. Because on the weekend, more people came besides us.
By the way, hot water without interruption appeared exactly on the weekend, when more people settled
Before that, our group was the only hotel guests.
There was only one polite woman from the staff, the rest with such a pretense that we came to their house and interfered.
The room was cleaned only on request.
And concrete - if you ask to wipe the mirror - wipe it. If you do not ask, they will pretend that it is not visible that it is all splashed with water.
On the backs of beds, bedside tables, lamps, dust is clearly not one day.
When asked for bottles of water in the room, they said that we were only entitled to two at the entrance.
Apparently the same story is with the shower accessories, since they have never been updated in 12 days. Although it was obvious it was over.
I understand that this is not a star hotel, but I have not seen such chaos in any hotel or guest house.
A shame.
