We had a rest at a corporate party, no words. The cuisine is excellent, the service is very good and very beautiful, just gorgeous!

Not a bad hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Bathrobe and slippers on request. 4 towels per person. Price/quality is good. Cozy. In one building there is a shopping center, cinema and a small food court. Breakfast a la carte - hearty. I recommend

Good soundproofing, you can sleep well, the best place for business trips. Decent cuisine in the restaurant on the 15th floor, breakfasts are beyond praise (I recommend shakshuka), and considering the possibility to take a dessert in addition to the main course (syrniki or lazy vareniki) - this is simply a threat to your weight!) Breakfast is served by a waiter, no buffets! The staff will be very attentive to your wishes and requests, rest assured. In general, such trifles as slightly shabby furnishings and old hard towels (maybe change the air conditioner?) spoil the excellent impression.

It's all about the little things, as well as how polite and ready to help / go towards the staff. The family came to Serpukhov for the May holidays. They brought bicycles from home to somehow entertain themselves - the hotel agreed to take them for storage. Stuck in the reserve - in the evening it is extremely difficult to call a taxi to the reserve (keep this in mind!) - the hotel organized an evacuation. Roomservice cuisine is better than most local establishments. Bed is comfortable, internet is fast.

We celebrated a friend's birthday in Serpukhov, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, panoramic windows overlooking the city, large window sills, a seating area with a coffee table, helpful and kind hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort in the room and bathroom, and, not least, delicious and hearty breakfasts at reasonable prices. The location in the shopping center is very convenient and amazing, a variety of boutiques and showrooms. We were satisfied with the trip, we will definitely visit the hotel again.

The hotel is spacious and clean with a great view of the city. The restaurant upstairs serves amazing food! Another plus from the entertainment in the shopping center is a cinema, polite staff, they all talk about all the films, help you choose, tell you how to find a cinema hall. Several large halls with comfortable chairs, surprisingly in the cinema bar they offer delicious alcoholic cocktails, for the first time I see this in a cinema! The guys are doing a great job! Thanks for the good mood!

Great mall with lots of boutiques and shops. Great place to spend time with kids. Cinemas, cafes, slot machines.

We celebrated the New Year at Korston. The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful. The host was competent and obviously a professional. A singer sang live, circus performers performed. Everything was good, I liked it. The only thing was that when we arrived and sat down at our table, it was shaking. The tabletop was shaking, and the table was already set. I approached the restaurant manager, whose name is Evgeny, and asked him to resolve this situation and change the table. To which I received, as I think, not quite an adequate and professional answer. Evgeny answered me that they could not do this and we would have to sit at this table. I asked why they put it like this at all, to which I received the answer "they put it as it was." The situation reached a dead end. Then my wife came up to him and then Evgeny began to resolve this situation and decided to change the table. The mood was spoiled. But otherwise, I liked everything))

It was a great experience staying at this place. Clean rooms with a lovely window view and is at the heart of the city at Moscow. I always treasure my days at this hotel.
