I would like to share my impressions of the wonderful location of the Provence Hotel 4 Seasons. A beautiful and cozy place, suitable for a celebration.
The management staff is responsive and makes concessions. But behind all this benevolence, beauty and coziness, there is a tough racket for money. We celebrated our wedding in August. The kitchen calculates by gramme, hot ones brought us 23 less portions, and when asked: "why did this happen?" the director of the restaurant told us: “in portions, and it comes out, in terms of weight, everything is fine”. Although in all establishments the menu is hot in portions the same as what is served on the table.
It was difficult to find waiters, you had to run after them. Parents had to go to the kitchen for them, and there is a charming picture of how they eat the guests' food. Apparently the restaurant does not provide set meals for the staff;)
Apparently, they also decided to try the cake, and even take it with you. Yes, it was very tasty;) When they were collecting food for us, they took out the rest of the cake just in a box (half of two tiers), asked them to fold it neatly. And we got 6 pieces of one tier (the tiers were different in taste, so it was not difficult to understand) Probably they took it for the confectionery collection;)
We had sparklers at the end of the event, decently left over. They also decided to grab a souvenir for themselves in a quiet way;)
In general, like doing charity work, feeding strangers, welcome.
And if not, take the scales and hire a person who will look after the kitchen, or rather look for another institution where guests are allowed to relax and do not leave an unpleasant aftertaste;)

The staff is unobtrusive to indifference. Pay food can wait and hour or more and then eating it cold, Although on the menu it's hot. There was a feeling that the waiters prepare it and far enough ....
Latte brought cold ... enough said about that . They WARMED up!!! While carrying dessert coffee's cold the SECOND TIME. But cheesecake brought Poluraspredelenia!!!

At Breakfast and vegetables buffet table in forty minutes from the beginning were half-empty tables of food. People came and waited.

Housekeeping excellent, staff communication with people is great,the guys in the dash and table tennis - great, the employee in the bath beautiful woman.
