Modern and very stylish SPA hotel. The area is beautiful. The building of the hotel itself is the same. There are playgrounds, animators, bicycle rental, scooters and more. Sandy, well-maintained beach. Boat trips along the Istra Reservoir. Expensive. Not for the middle class.

The rooms are comfortable, there are all accessories in the bathroom, a kettle, tea bags, coffee. SPA zone is paid additionally 1500 rubles. A standard room with my 10% discount cost us 7,560 rubles. A great place to relax with children. Lots of functional and interesting playgrounds, a safari park, and a large area for walking and playing. For parents, there are excellent rooms and cuisine for every taste at the four on-site restaurants. We loved everything. We'll definitely be back.

Bathrooms: lights not properly working, shower head doesn't work properly due to limescale. Shower looks dirty due to using wrong detergents. Rooms: clean-ish, but just a quick look at the bedside tables and it's clear how much dirt there is around. I honestly expect more cleanliness from a 4* hotel in this price range.
