The rooms have a refrigerator, kettle, TV. There was no air conditioning in our house, maybe it is in others.
The food is simple, no frills at a reasonable cost.
The water in the houses is normal, but there is a slight aftertaste of iron. For drinking and making tea I recommend taking water with you.
For a fee, barbecue facilities are provided.

Upon arrival, a full trash can, in one room 5 beds were not made at all, and dirty bed linen was lying on the floor, the appliances were not washed. Hot water runs out VERY quickly. And all this for 30.000 per night!

Excellent location, air, forest, close to ski Stepanovo. Excellent wooden houses with a sauna. Shish kebabs can be fried right next to the house; they will kindly bring a brazier with coals and a fire (not free).
Not that there are very important disadvantages - but so, you never know who cares: water gives off iron, precipitation falls in the morning; from dishes and utensils - a couple of glasses and mugs, a decanter, teaspoons. There are not enough outlets, in the room - only from one side of the bed, but in principle, not far from the curbstone.

Very beautiful territory, mysterious ... you can meet Baba Yaga, Mermaid, Bogatyr!) Eat at the Restaurant, have a bath and a sauna. Accommodation in separate campsites. To get better by car, from the bus stop far away. For a noisy fun company of young people the perfect place. Convenient with children, fenced area, equipped playgrounds. From the sights - near the world-class bobsleigh track, the surrounding landscape resembles Switzerland. At the railway station Vlakhernsky Convent.
