We were in Palmira Business Club, they decorated it with rose petals, and here there were 3 electric candles and two embroidered hearts of some kind, they are not very good) 😉 In general, the only downside was a stain on the floor when checking in. And there is no water cooler at the entrance/exit of the hotel, WHERE TO DRINK? WATER IS THE SOURCE OF LIFE) and buying water for 350 rubles 0.5, well, this is really "zakshvar", 5 19L bottles cost 1200 rubles only. There was a cooler in the spa area, but they ran out of water today. During the day, there were two boilers with herbal tea and berry push near the reception, it was nice, an atmosphere of coziness, chill and detskos at once) so, PUT A WATER COOLER THERE!)

The hotel has a very good spa complex included in the price of accommodation. Breakfasts are very tasty! The chefs also cook very well for dinner, but we dined from the menu. There is another small minus - the hotel is not ready for full occupancy, and the spa is not ready if suddenly at least half of the hotel decides to use the pool.

Super!!! The hotel, the room, everything is perfect, bathrobes and everything that goes with it. Lots of places to eat and it's very tasty. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna are included in the room price. Everywhere there are towels, slippers and bathrobes, shampoos, balms and creams. In the evenings there is aqua aerobics in the pool, yoga takes place outside. We had a nice weekend!!! We recommend!!! Everything is great❤

A chic restaurant, very good cuisine, breakfasts are modest, but tasteful. In a word, if you want to relax before departure or after arrival, you can’t imagine better. You can plunge into the luxuriously warm pool, quite large and take a walk in the sauna. But there are downsides. Dear administrators of this institution, with all the good that was written above, the hotel really deserves 5 points, please take care of the staff, namely, the administrators at the reception and the SPA department, young inexperienced do not know what to answer questions, especially the SPA department. They can talk on their personal phone and at the same time ask what you wanted. Security does not greet, from the word in general, they stand with a sad look. What the hell are you pinning. The most interesting thing is that at the same time the attendants on the floors are great 5 points! How I wanted to go after the pool to the hammam to warm the bones, but for all the time we could not get into it, since it is by appointment and you need to take it for one hour. Guys, I came to the pool to swim for 10 minutes and go to the hammam for 5 minutes, I don’t need it for an hour. Huge Minus For such a chic pool and not get into the hammam. I was directly outraged. At the same time, you rent out to visitors who do not live in the hotel a hammam and a visit to the pool. They drink alcohol right in the jacuzzi, and what they were doing there can be clearly understood, they listen loudly to music on their tape recorder, they go out after the pool with bottles like coca-cola, they make noise. It looks very ugly for a hotel of this level. Being 2 times and 2 times we encountered this, the staff makes comments at our request to these drunken visitors, which is aggression on their part. To prevent this from happening again, the administration must decide who its priority is hotel guests or sauna visitors. If you sell in the future also to the boors, then I think your reviews will be even worse. Cosy. There is a spa center and a swimming pool (prices are on the hotel website). Breakfast was not included in our price - from 1000. A visit to the pool and bath complex is included in the price of the room (sorry we found out about this late, and were only once).
