Hotel Vidnoff in Vidnoye

Previously, they were frequent guests of the Widnoff restaurant, then somehow they waited for an order from the children's menu for a very long time (more than an hour !!!) and began to visit another restaurant, but still often ordered pizza with home delivery in Widnoff. And today we decided to drop in again for lunch in Vidnoff, so that later we could take a walk in Rastorguevsky Park, but we didn’t manage to have lunch, and here’s why: there was no one from the staff in the hall, we went in, took a table, no one approached us, didn’t give us a menu, moreover , in principle, none of the workers was in the hall. Okay, while we settled down, we went to wash our hands, we sit, we wait, there is no one ... and we, by the way, were very hungry and with two children. I went to look for a waiter, I had to shout Ayy near the bar! Looked out through the open door of the kitchen, apparently a cook, go one of the kitchen staff. My question is, where are the waiters? I was told that, literally, Oksana was at lunch. I didn’t understand who Oksana was and why I should be aware of her pastime, but I was extremely glad that at least someone dined in this wonderful restaurant. Ok, I sat back, I'm waiting .... a couple of minutes still pass, no one is there. I went back to the bar, and then a girl enters from the door that leads to the exit, apparently a waiter or administrator. My question is, will she come to us or at least let her give a menu. She answered extremely irritably and rudely, yes, I’ll come! Well, ok, I sat back down, after some time this girl comes, silently and resentfully puts the menu on the table and without a word turns her back to us and leaves. Seriously??? Do you greet dear guests like this?)))) Guys, for 4 years so many new restaurants and cafes have opened in a prominent place, that there are plenty to choose from. And there are no such problems with parking there, and the sidewalks for the passage to the restaurant are cleared, and most importantly, the employees understand what area they work in. We, of course, did not even open the menu, got up and left. And then all of a sudden we will eat Oksana 😆 and have a great lunch in another, customer-oriented and welcoming place.
I have no idea how to respond to the owner's answer, so I will answer in the review. We were today 02/25/2021 around 14.30 hours. And I do not claim in the review that a certain Oksana is related to your establishment, moreover, these words of a kitchen employee discouraged me. What was the name of this impolite girl who brought us the menu, I do not know, since she did not have a badge. Which also characterizes your employees not from the best side.
