Now it is not a very comfortable place, all around construction sites. The pool is being renovated. Construction waste on the territory. Construction Materials. Crushed sand is scattered throughout the territory, which complicates parking in front of the hotel, and the entry of special vehicles is also inconvenient. Do not go around the signs. The open summer veranda is closed and the sports ground is also closed.

New numbers. The furniture is new. Thoughtful and beautiful.
Not all rooms are air conditioned. But on all the windows there are masking nets. The staff is polite.
The only negative when entering the restaurant music is automatically turned on. It cannot be turned off or changed .. it was essential for me so I give it 4 stars.

Booked a room for three nights, but left after 1.5 days.
Cold rooms, batteries work every other time, leaky towels.
You have to wait 40 minutes for breakfast in the restaurant, they bring it barely warm. Because of the banquet, the kitchen was closed until five in the evening, they were not warned. Most importantly, they could feed us only at seven. The food is average, bad in places.
The hotel bills itself as a park hotel, but you can walk around the parking lot and a tiny playground covered in snow.
Pros: the room is clean, small, but comfortable. Pool at an additional cost two minutes walk.
