A lot of effort was made to fulfill all wishes and asked again and again whether everything was okay. Very professional and customer-oriented. I have never seen it in this price segment in Russia

On the other hand, the staff with whom you have contact as a customer, especially the kitchen staff, are simply great. It was the first time I had a really rich vegan breakfast in Russia

The food deserves a separate post. It was simply delicious and varied! Gorgeous! The pool is a nice 25-meter pool with warm water

There's also a heated outdoor pool with seawater! A sauna complex! Everything was fantastic! The grounds aren't very large, but they're clean and well-maintained, beautiful and cozy! There's also a small farm with animals: rabbits, chickens, horses, and huskies

Interesting interiors, cute houses, delicious food and desserts!! There is a gym and a swimming pool with a sauna, for a fee you can go to spa treatments: we were on a Thai massage, but it was a C grade - instead of the prescribed hour it lasted 50 minutes and somehow they were free, at least in Moscow the level of massage is noticeable better

There's a playground, a barbecue area (for an extra fee), and a VillageMarket shop with everything you need, as well as the ArtVillage bakery's own baked goods! It's absolutely delicious! The hotel is fantastic! I recommend it to everyone: families with children, older people, and fun groups. We booked in a hurry, as our vacation was spontaneous. After booking, we read the reviews and got a bit nervous

Great territory but no swimming pool

Top security their guards patroling without actually bothering you and stalking you because i had been to similar hotels with security patrols they were more of a stalkers than guards but on this hotel excelent security

If you want just to stay at the hotel you can do that aswell the park itself is so big that their wasn't enough time in any of the days i have been their to see it from start to finish always had been on parts on parts
