The first time I felt "at home" the staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. There is even a gift shop in the lobby! Upon request, access to the microwave, there is a laundry service. The breakfast is hearty enough. We will definitely come back if we come to Gorodets again!
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff. Booked a suite for a family. The room has a refrigerator, bathrobes, hair dryer, water, kettle and cups, slippers, all facilities in the bathroom. Breakfast of your choice ordered in advance. Located in a beautiful location in the center. All liked it. If we go again, we will definitely come here. A little hard to find the first time, but kind people suggested)
Very classy, ​​homely, cozy hotel. The rooms are spacious, the furniture is fresh, everything is very clean. The breakfasts are chic, like in a sanatorium - upon arrival you choose from the menu, they bring it directly to your room. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There are air conditioners, a view from the windows to a wonderful pond. If I would go again, it would only be there.
Nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious breakfasts brought to your room. And next to a beautiful pond with catamarans. We were quite happy with our stopover. Unlike most cultural and catering workers in Gorodets (the wildest rudeness in the region, I have not seen this for a very long time), they are very friendly and ready to help.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of all attractions. Friendly receptionist, warmly greeted, settled in, prepared a wonderful breakfast in the morning, according to our order. Of the minuses - cold in the room, despite the fact that the heating works fine. Therefore, when we entered the room from a frost of -22 °, we managed to warm ourselves only with strong drinks.

A great place to stay. Recomend for everybody. A good bathhouse, you can order a sailing yacht trip, there is a terrace, there is a barbecue area. We had a great weekend there
