Quite convenient location (if you are by car), quiet, nice courtyard, private parking. The building has been recently refurbished. Although in the room, looking closely, you find cracks in the plaster (subsidence of the foundation), small chips, etc., but all garbage.
The room is clean, nothing to complain about. The room rented is not quite standard, but a little better. (It’s probably better because it’s really spacious, there’s a sofa and a full table), 2 TV sets (large in front of the bed, small in front of the table), I probably gave 3250 or 3500 for a room per day, I don’t remember. The bed is clean, the bathroom is clean. Towels changed every day, soap shampoo every day reported. safe in the room.
Cons - the floor is cold (tile, but clean). in the shower, water is collected in the opposite corner from the drain. The room was opposite the reception, the soundproofing in the rooms is so-so.
Breakfast - consists of 4 options .. I chose if you need a hearty breakfast (scrambled eggs with sausages), if it's easier then cheesecakes. If you are not expecting a buffet and 4 star hotel level, then it is quite acceptable,
Conclusion. I recommend. Quietly spend the night, spend a couple of nights is very suitable. Purely. Warm.

There is a small area with swings and a lawn. There is parking for cars. Compared to what is in the city - one of the best offers in terms of price - quality. Thanks for all. Nice hotel. Quiet place, everything is clean, breakfast is delicious and is included in the price. In the morning the birds are singing and the air is fresh. The internet is good, the staff are great. There is no smell from cigarettes. The only thing I would like to see in the shower is a more comfortable shower head, more modern.

Clean, well maintained room. Lovely, comfortable bed. The room has a TV, a small refrigerator, a table with cutlery, wifi, a sufficient number of outlets for chargers. The bathroom has a hairdryer, toilet paper, a sufficient number of towels for guests, disposable: soap, shampoo, balm, toothbrush with paste. The staff is friendly, the check-in was quick. At the same time, on the territory of the hotel there is a hookah bar, a nice girl helped us with the choice of tobaccos, and treated us to a delicious cake with tea, we went with a hookah with a bang. Summing up, I recommend a hotel for check-in, and a hookah bar for relaxing in the evening.
