We chose this hotel on the basis of convenience of location / price / reviews, a double room in September 2021 was 1600 rubles / day.
At first they showed us the room, it was not very good, there was an unpleasant (rotten) smell, little furniture, a lot of shortcomings, we refused and went to look at hotels nearby, as a result we came back, asked to show the room for the same 1600, only different, in the end we liked the second one.
We were given slippers, a soap and shampoo set, 2 towels each.
There was no kettle in the room;
I put 4 out of 5 because of the large number of imperfections in the room: a staggering faucet in the sink, on parole a lamp in the bathroom, stains and tear on the wallpaper, only one free socket in the room, the second is broken, but not closed in any way, fig knows suddenly with a finger who gets in. Another outlet in the dressing room in front of the room, but it is inconvenient to charge a phone or a laptop there.
The bathroom looked acceptable, but we still washed ourselves with a surface disinfectant, as we were very squeamish.
Number 2 was on the second floor with access to an open balcony, also cool. True, there are no views, since there are courtyards and five-story buildings around.
It is good that there is a closed parking, the administrator is very responsive and pleasant.
Only a grocery store was found nearby, to the center / embankment on foot for 15-20 minutes at an average pace.
It's a shame that the sauna was closed for renovations.
We stayed for 2 days, no one was ever cleaned, also a minus. The bed was quite comfortable, the pillows were not.
Overall a 4 out of 5 experience for us. I'll attach a photo of the number.

For an overnight stay, it is quite an acceptable option.
But don't expect five stars.
Clean, warm, bed, sofa, refrigerator, bathroom in the room.
We were given slippers and a toothbrush kit, but strangely no shampoo and shower gel. There was liquid soap in the bathroom.

Great place to take a break on the road. Convenient location on the outskirts of the city for transit travelers. The rooms are nice and big, with underfloor heating in the bathroom. We stayed in January and it was warm.

Excellent hotel! Rooms are located on the second floor. The room has a bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. With its own covered parking in the courtyard! There is also a shop and a cafe downstairs. They bake Ossetian pies, big and tasty!

I do not advise, we booked 2 rooms, we arrive, they tell us there are no places, by the way, we arrive at 2 in the morning, we just crossed the border, tired to hell, they start arguing, then "we don't know anything." It was not without hassle, as a result they were placed in the sauna, can you imagine why sofas and beds are in the sauna!? Okay, settled down. There are 2 rooms in them with one double bed and that’s it, there’s nothing else, neither the promised refrigerator, kettle TV, nor air conditioning, okay, and 2 more people out of six settled in the living room on ordinary non-spreading sofas (it’s comfortable to sit on them, but not to sleep) , in the middle is a ping pong table (this is exactly what I wanted at 2 am) . The shower is downstairs, but at least it has a bang! Garbage not removed, sinks dirty. Exactly at 8 in the morning they began either to clean up, moving the furniture behind the wall, or to beat the boards, they knocked for about 15 minutes, but there was no sound insulation (knock yourself on the head). They smoke here, as it seemed to me everywhere, I woke up at night because of the fact that it was pulling out the window (in the living room), got up in the morning, it also stinks of cigarettes, it’s disgusting to me, I sleep like an ashtray. Sleep didn't work either. If I could put 0 stars, it would be. A disgusting place.
