Excellent hotel!!! Very cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. We liked everything, would return there with pleasure.

A wonderful hotel, it is clearly more than 3 stars, very polite qualified staff, smiles and attitude towards guests are really sincere, a huge plus of the hotel is a sauna and massage that is on site, there is no such thing in similar hotels in Veliky Novgorod, and it is very pleasant in the evening sit in the sauna and immediately go for a massage, so I recommend it to everyone.

I am writing from the hotel. Everything is "excellent". We arrived early, it was not yet seven, settled immediately! Paid extra for breakfast: very tasty, varied. Good coffee. They offer champagne .... Everything in the hotel is new, the interiors are pleasant, the plumbing is perfect! The staff is friendly. There is a sauna and massage. Not far from the pedestrian bridge to the Kremlin. Definitely recommend to all my friends for a stopover in Novgorod

Very good, new hotel. Clean, comfortable, nice design. Excellent room and bathroom. Plenty of water in the room, kettle and tea. Nice staff, delicious breakfast (croissants, porridge, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausages, vegetables and fruits, tea, coffee). The only negative is that we stayed in winter and it was too warm in the room (+26). I had to open the window at night.

Probably the best hotel in town. The work of the designer is impressive, one can feel the taste and sense of proportion. That rare case when you really relax in a hotel. Attentive attentive staff. Calm and quiet.
