Excellent place for a summer residence, close to the river, transport accessibility. The main disadvantage is the flood zone of the Novosibirsk hydroelectric power station; there is always a risk that the dacha will go under water. Therefore, these areas should not be considered as agricultural.

A great place to relax, there is electricity and water. Sometimes, however, the areas are flooded, because they are located along the Ob channel.

I spent the night in a hostel for the first time, so there is nothing to compare with, but I liked everything! Stayed overnight with a friend in a double room. Of the minuses cold floor, not very comfortable shower. Otherwise, only pluses are a large double bed, with clean linens, bedside tables, a table, a mirror, everything you need for comfort. You can also use the iron, hair dryer and washing machine...

Hi all. We stayed in this hostel in April with two children. I really liked the hostel for three days, they paid only 4 thousand. For this money, we were given a separate room with a large double bed with its own shower and toilet, a table, a bedside table, a hanger and a mirror. The room is clean. The staff is polite and friendly. 👍

The lady at the front could not have been more helpful.
