Polite staff, great room. We spent the night with a child up to one year old. Superior room with sofa bed, but it didn't come in handy. Large bed size 2 * 2 slept great three of us. Everything is clean, comfortable, beautiful. Breakfasts are not included, only sandwiches, tea and coffee are free. Own parking, convenient location, the very center of the city. ... She kept the hotel in her favorites.

2300 a night is totally unjustified. 1. Let's start with the location. Next to the railway, you can hear the passing trains very well. 2. the elevator is just awful. A nightmare. 3. the rooms are not monitored, in general, the sheets are in spools, the refrigerator is dirty, the mirrors are not wiped in the shower, the sofa is tattered, and even stains. 4. Problems with entering and leaving the parking lot, you need to call to open the barrier. You can stand and smoke bamboo. 5. was not in the room of the notorious red folder with information. 6. the guests did not have towels, to which the administrator said that they were not, and offered to dry off with a robe.
