1. Settled quickly, the room was excellent: comfortable mattress, clean bathroom.

5. Cameras are installed everywhere (kitchen, corridor), which makes the stay safer.
It’s hard to say in terms of soundproofing, since there were almost no visitors on our floor. The only sound that got in the way was the sound of the air conditioner dripping. But you probably can't do anything about it.
But seriously, to call such a room comfort and take a three-ruble note per night is super-impudence, to be honest.
If you decide to move in, be sure to specify that with soundproofing. I think that on the whole 7th floor there is such a problem.
There are no complaints about the contents of the number, everything corresponds.
