Hotel Anturazh in Novosibirsk

Stayed here for 6 days in March 2018....it's a hotel, but totally homely environment ! Will stay here, if visit Novosibirsk again.

I really liked it here.
The registrar is a very kind girl helped me, thank you very much.
Numbers for every budget. The hotel has breakfast (which is very good)
Private bathroom (this is important to me)
Everything is in working order.
The linen is perfectly clean, there are soap accessories. I don't see a single downside.

Spent the night with my husband at this hotel. Everything is clean, the room has a kettle, 2 mugs, the bedding is clean, there is no smell of strangers, the shower is clean, there are toiletries. Breakfast is included, there is a comprehensive one. I liked everything very much. The front desk helped with the date change on Booking com. Thanks for the personal approach! 😍 Quiet calm place. Recommend

Stayed on the night of August 5-6 in room 22.
We drove in closer to midnight, at the reception was met by a very nice girl - the administrator (unfortunately, she did not remember the name🙈), she told everything, explained)
The ratio "price - quality" at the level)
In general, very worthy, we liked it, we will stay in the future)
Since I myself represent the service industry and welcome honest, detailed reviews, I want to write a detailed review and you, perhaps (hopefully), will not go unnoticed😌
Let's go through the pros and cons, starting with the last, most important ones:
1. It is very stuffy in the room (as in others, I don’t know), only one of the two windows opens, the second cannot be opened due to a broken mechanism. There is no air conditioner, no fan.
2. Persistent sewer odor. I think if there was a forced draft in the bathroom, it would be much better. Or a second window would open for air circulation in the living area)
3. We did not have enough dedicated dining area in the room, a table and a couple of chairs would not be superfluous (since we stopped by at night, took food with us, we had to do it practically sitting on the floor, at a coffee table). Of course, there is a dining room / kitchen on the ground floor, but if it works at night, they did not ask😏
4. There is not enough trash can in the living area.
5. Due to the peculiarities of the location of the hotel, with the windows open, at night you can hear a dog barking from a neighboring yard (private sector). Those who do not respond to noise and other sound stimuli will not hurt)
6. It's time to conduct an audit on the shower (the mixer seems to be living out its life, refusing to switch the tap to the shower, "our mother is shown here and there" 🤣).
7. I got a mug with hair and traces of lint from a rag😑
8. Well, we noticed the cracks in the doors, audibility from the corridor is present.
Well and the best part😌:
1. Check-in around the clock (check-out before 12.00).
2. Great bed with white linens and comfy pillows😍 Slept well) Slept like babies)
3. The room has a bathroom: toilet, sink, in our case, shower.
4. Clean.
5. The room has a kettle, mini-fridge, TV, WI-FI (the speed is so-so, of course, the mobile worked better), disposable slippers, hygiene products, towels.
6. Friendly, polite staff❤️
7. The price (our room cost 2090 rubles) includes breakfast of your choice (pancakes cottage cheese / strawberry / cheese, ham, or cheese cakes, or pancakes, tea / coffee). We chose pancakes, very tasty) Instant coffee, but quite normal)
8. There is a parking lot.
I seem to have remembered everything😄
I'll take one star for the listed disadvantages)

Surprised for the price - 1200 rubles! Great clean and with good furnishings!! But without minuses has not managed!)))
- synthetic underwear, it's just awful!
- not enough in the rooms tea set! Even just a glass of water.
+ bathroom is shampoo and shower gel
