Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Novosibirsk Hotel

THIS IS SIMPLY THE BEST HOTEL IN MY LIFE!!! I HAVE BEEN TO TWO DIFFERENT HOTELS IN MY LIFE, IN SOCHI AND IN AFRICA, BUT THIS HOTEL, LOCATED IN MY CITY, IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!! There is a swimming pool, where there is a jacuzzi, delicious croissants…….. And the design is gorgeous!!! The only downside is that at first they gave us a room that smelled strange. So we changed it. Oh, and I forgot the most important thing. There is a very, very beautiful view from the window on the 9th floor from some room where you can eat. And very beautiful red corridors. When I walk through the hotel on my floor, I feel like some kind of god😭😭😭 (photos were taken in October)

Excellent hotel. I liked the service, very delicate. The service is top notch, I was there in November, you can order food from the restaurant to your room with a total markup on all dishes of only 100 rubles. They cook deliciously. The room has everything you need - bath accessories (almost everything is already in the room upon check-in, ask for the rest and they bring it to you, free of charge), a kettle, cups, tea, sugar, bottled water. Everything is updated every day. For those who like to ventilate - the windows do not open, there is a split system. But now there were frosts, so the fact that the windows do not open is a plus! I also unscrewed the battery to full. It was warm and comfortable!

Spent two days and two nights with my daughter. Just to gather strength before the New Year's chores. Pros: - politeness, attentiveness and quick response to any requests. - delicious breakfast, buffet, very varied - cozy, pleasant, comfortable - the spa area, although small, pleased the child. My daughter wants to go back, she is delighted. The impression was slightly spoiled by the broken hood, because of which there was a terrible smell, but the next day we were moved and it became completely excellent And there are no minuses))

+ I really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfy with a big fresh bed, multiple storage places and a huge Tvset. We booked a standard room and it felt like a big one. The bathroom was something: hot floor, a shower cabin, a bathtub and a huge mirror 🪞+additional hôtel amenities like shower gel, shampoo and soap were renewed everyday. The cleaning was 👍 great. The personnel was great too. The breakfast was presented in a huge variety of delicious meals and changed everyday. Free swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna was included, everything was clean and hot. It's cool to go from your room to this swimming place in just a swimming suit and a bathrobe. Make sure to be there early in the morning to take your place. The only thing I didn't like is that they changed the time of breakfast without letting us know. It was said that the breakfast would be until 11am, but at 10am one day they suddenly closed the restaurant doors. Be sure to ask for breakfast schedule, since for some days they close it earlier. Otherwise you'll get a lunch box of sandwich 🥪 😄 for the price of the buffet 😋 Other than that everything was amazing and this hôtel is like from another country. I really enjoyed it!

+ I really liked the minimalist decor and adequate amenities, the rooms are spacious, excellently designed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and Anton the receptionist went above and beyond to help me plan my next trip. He guided me through kindly and responded promptly. Also the hotel is located at a very convenient location next to the centre.
- I don't have any complaints at all.

As always, the classical style of hotels is maintained here. One thing I didn't like was the ventilation. The air conditioner, although it works, does not provide air flow, and since the windows are deaf, there is no inflow and the room is stuffy. Otherwise, everything is very good.

Excellent hotel. Quiet and comfortable to sleep well thought out black curtains and insulation, breakfast is ok, the interior and lounge area are also cool. I recommend. Took 909 with lounge entrance, nothing special, just cookies, coffee and water. Another problem with how many floors in the spa is better to solve, if someone comes up it will be bad

Our acquaintance with the hotel began with communication with the administrator Daniel. He helped us choose a rate, helped us reschedule booking dates. Upon arrival, we were joyfully greeted by a security guard, who reminded us of the need to comply with security measures, congratulated us on all the holidays and directed us to the reception. The administrators acted quickly and clearly, told about all the goodies (and treated them with cookies wrapped in one-time packaging. The room is clean, comfortable, with a clean bathroom, quiet thanks to tightly closed windows, while fresh air is provided by well-functioning forced ventilation. I wonder how the employees manage to keep the windows perfectly clean?The room had everything you need for an unemployed living: a complete hygiene kit with a toothbrush, and even an iron and ironing board.I was pleasantly surprised by the heated floor in the bathroom.In the lounge we were treated to tea, coffee, soft drinks during the day and wine , whiskey and beer in the evening. And of course, there was a choice of all sorts of buns and sandwiches. We also enjoyed the sauna, pool and jacuzzi. And yes, we were given certificates for massage and SPA. The breakfast was quite varied, we enjoyed it. Thanks to the owners and staff of the hotel for a wonderful weekend.We will definitely be back!
