Grand Hotel

We booked this hotel for our parents for one night. They came to the eye clinic. The payment was debited in advance through booking. The move in went very quickly. According to the parents, everything is very clean and comfortable, at home. Delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. The lady at the reception is very nice. She answered all my questions and helped me the most. We are very grateful to the hotel for the pleasant emotions of our old people.

Very good hotel for families with small children.
Excellent 5 meals a day, very polite friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good price, excellent transport interchange.
I was here with very young children, Alina Mansurova and Larisa Anatolyevna treated us like relatives, like dear guests. Surrounded by care, took some of the hassle and problems on themselves, so that neither I nor the children needed anything.

Thanks to the hotel staff for your attention! Every year I come on a business trip and stay at your hotel. For me, 2 criteria are important: cleanliness and silence. You are clean, quiet, and in the morning you bring breakfast to your room.

We arrived at this hotel at 3 am, we were greeted by a nice man. We immediately settled in, poured tea. In the morning no one kicked us out, we calmly got up, ordered breakfast, ate, packed up and left. Friendly staff, nice room, although the area is not very good, but everything is basically normal, and the price is reasonable

Nice mini hotel. The price matches the service and amenities. There is a kitchen / dining room where you can warm up food and eat normally at the tables. Everything is clear.

Cons: thin walls between rooms. The neighbors could be heard even when they tried to talk in a half whisper.

The only wish for the owner of the hotel is to hang some kind of sign or somehow mark it, because it is located without any identification marks on the second floor of a two-story building, so that people can easily find it.
