Cozy and, most importantly, very clean mini-hotel. Friendly staff. Check-in on time. Check-out time 11.00, check-in from 12.00. Location: in a quiet place, away from the streets. The interior of the room and rooms is very harmonious and calm. Cleaning every day, the condition of the premises is maintained in excellent condition. Stayed one night in a superior double room with two single single beds on the third floor (the topmost one). The lobby is spacious, combined with a bar. There are tables. Electrical outlets are also available. The bar has a variety of soft drinks and snacks, there is a coffee machine - for a fee. The entrance hall has a closet for outerwear, a closet for shoes, a safe. The room has a separate bathroom combined with a toilet, which has a washbasin, shower, hair dryer. The hotel provides hygiene kits: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and pastes in individual packages, sets of three towels. The toilet is clean. The bathroom is tiled. The room is spacious, which has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, table with two rattan chairs, two 1.5-sleeping beds with bedside tables, air conditioning. The beds have mattresses, which are in excellent condition (not sagging), the bed linen is clean. On the floor in the room, except for the bathroom, carpet. Disposable slippers are not provided. I highly recommend this cozy place.

Have stayed several times and are planning another. Clean, bright rooms, city center, which is very convenient.

Relatively inexpensive mini-hotel, clean apartment in the heart of the city. Stayed with the girl happy, the apartment has everything you need for a joint couple for a romantic weekend. Recommend!

The overall impression is very pleasant. Stayed in the room for 3 days. Cleaning and replenishment of shampoos happened imperceptibly and in a timely manner. There are only 2 rooms per floor in the main building. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed by the woman who checked us in. It seems that she tried to do everything as quickly and conveniently as possible for us, but somehow it turned out the other way around. There was also an old smoky smell in the room. Irritated not much, but we were not warned.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. I really liked the hotel, everything was at a very decent level: cleanliness, everything is in order. There is everything for a comfortable life (except a washing machine). The location is super: two minutes walk to the Opera House. The hotel has free parking with a barrier. We will definitely come back here next time.

I recommend this hotel for booking with children: ours is 6 years old and a year old. The room is clean, smells good, cozy and homely.

When we parked and looked at the third floor, we wanted our room to be there, and so it happened. Breakfasts are included for a separate price. Nearby there is a restaurant of Georgian cuisine Chuchvara👌 a convenient location relative to Aquamir.

Nice little hotel in the city center. Nearby there are many cafes, restaurants, walking places. Some of the rooms are in converted apartments of a neighboring building. The room I got (booked through booking) was small, but clean and comfortable, with its own shower, microwave, kettle and even a safe. The window into the courtyard, it was quiet, only at that time the house was being repaired, the window was slightly stained with paint and the light of a lantern on the scaffolding beat through the window. Another entrance to the building is closed with a barrier, close not to get close. The overall impression of the hotel is positive.
